Strength: the number on the tin is not the number that matters

This is the single most useful thing in this guide, so it goes first. Every can prints milligrams of nicotine per pouch on the front. That figure tells you how much nicotine is in the pouch — it does not tell you how concentrated it is, and concentration is what you feel.
