What we collect

When you order, we collect what’s needed to fulfil it: your name, email, shipping address, and order contents. We never receive, handle or store card details of any kind: if you pay by card, the number goes from the payment form straight to our payment processor and reaches no server or database of ours. An Interac e-Transfer is sent from your own online banking, and a crypto payment is settled by NOWPayments. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email for that purpose.

How we use it

• Processing and delivering your orders, including sharing your address with shipping carriers.
• Sending order confirmations, tracking updates and support replies.
• Sending marketing emails only if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime with one click.
• Meeting legal obligations, including age-restriction compliance and tax records.

What we never do

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the service providers needed to run the store (payments, hosting, shipping, email).

Where your data lives

Order data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Crypto payment records are held by NOWPayments; e-Transfer payments are handled through Interac and your own bank. To work out the sales tax on your order we send your shipping address and the order amounts to Stripe’s tax service — no payment details are involved, because there are none. All of these providers maintain industry-standard security certifications.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email [email protected] and we’ll action it promptly.
