1. Who we are

These terms govern all purchases from Nicotine Pouches Canada (1751 Savage Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 1R1). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. Questions are always welcome at [email protected].

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase nicotine products from us. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age before an order ships and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

3. Products & availability

All products are described as accurately as we can, including nicotine strength per pouch. Stock levels shown on the site are updated regularly but not guaranteed; if an item in your order becomes unavailable, we’ll refund it or offer a substitute — your choice.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change without notice, though never after you’ve placed an order. We accept credit and debit cards, Interac e-Transfer (Canadian orders) and cryptocurrency. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you pay. A card order is charged when you submit it. An e-Transfer order is held until the transfer clears, and a crypto order until the payment settles on-chain — an order that is never paid is released and the stock returned to the shelf.

5. Ordering limits

We sell for personal use only. We may cap order sizes, review unusually large orders, or decline orders that appear commercial in nature.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will reship or refund following carrier investigation.

7. Returns

Because pouches are consumable, we accept returns only for unopened products within 14 days of delivery, and always for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Liability

Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Our products are intended for adult users who understand the risks of nicotine use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
