How we picked these

The Level range here is the full set we stock: 10 single cans, all CA$17.00, all 20 pouches, so CA$0.85 a pouch. We list only what's on the shelf, and the strength on each can is taken from the label, not inferred. As the catalogue refreshes, anything that goes out of stock drops off the page.

Level spans four of our strength bands. The 10 mg Strawberry sits in our Strong band; the 45 mg Cherry sits in the Jesus Dude band. The mint, Level 20 Ice Spearmint, sits at 20 mg in the Extra Strong band.

Because every can costs CA$17.00 and holds 20 pouches, the price per pouch is the same across the line. So the choice is strength and flavour: the 10 mg Strawberry for a lighter option, the 45 mg Cherry for a higher-strength option, and the 20 mg mint in between.

How to choose between them

Cans show two numbers: milligrams per pouch and milligrams per gram. When comparing brands, use milligrams per pouch, since pouch weights are not the same.

Portion size describes the physical pouch, separate from its strength: slim pouches are narrower and sit flatter under the lip, regular portions are wider and contain more material, and mini portions are shorter again.

• Light — 1.5–4 mg per pouch (177 cans on our shelf). Where to start. Enough to feel, mild enough to sit with for an hour.

The practical side of ordering with us is that you are not limited to a single brand to hit the free-shipping mark. We stock 1102 single cans from 74 brands, and our single cans are priced at either CA$15.00 or CA$17.00. That means a mix of cans from different brands can easily bring you above CA$100, letting you sample the range without adding delivery to the cost.

Common questions

Level's flavour list is almost entirely fruit: strawberry, peach, apple, watermelon, grape, wild berries, cherry and pineapple, plus one mint, the Level 20 Ice Spearmint. If you want a mint pouch, that is the only one in the Level range; if you want fruit, you have a wide selection.

Level has no light or normal option. The mildest can is the 10 mg Strawberry, and the strongest is the 45 mg Cherry. Our whole shelf runs from 1.5 mg to 50 mg per pouch, so Level starts in the strong part of the scale and skips the low end entirely.
