Question 1

Which ZYN should I start with?

Accepted Answer

A 3 mg Mini, or the 1.5 mg X-Low if you want to be certain. Both are small in the mouth as well as light in dose, which is the part people underestimate on a first pouch.

Question 2

What is the strongest ZYN you sell?

Accepted Answer

16.5 mg per pouch, in Cool Mint Ice and Menthol Ice. That is a considerable step up from the 6 mg cans and is not somewhere to begin.

Question 3

What is the difference between ZYN Mini and Slim?

Accepted Answer

Physical size. A Mini is a shorter, thinner pouch that sits more discreetly; a Slim is the standard long format. Both come in the same flavours and the dose is stated separately on every listing.

Question 4

Are ZYN nicotine pouches legal in Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we ship them to every province. The confusion usually comes from Health Canada's Natural Health Products register, which licenses certain nicotine pouches as nicotine replacement therapy — those carry an NPN, are dosed at 4 mg a pouch and are dispensed from behind a pharmacy counter. That register is one route to market rather than the list of what may be sold at retail. ZYN arrives as a consumer nicotine product, by post, with the dose printed on every listing.

Question 5

How is ZYN different from Zonnic?

Accepted Answer

They are sold on two different footings. Zonnic is licensed as nicotine replacement therapy, which is why it comes from behind a pharmacy counter, and that licence fixes it at a single 4 mg strength. ZYN is a consumer range: 78 listings running from 1.5 mg a pouch to 16.5 mg, in Mini and Slim, delivered by post. The practical difference is the choice of strength and format — if 4 mg is the pouch you know, the 3 mg and 6 mg ZYN cans are the two either side of it, and the strength converter reconciles cans that print milligrams per gram instead.

Question 6

How much does a can of ZYN cost in Canada?

Accepted Answer

From CA$12.00 a can, shipped domestically and priced in Canadian dollars with no customs or brokerage to pay at the door. Strength makes no difference to what you pay — a 16.5 mg can is priced the same as a 3 mg one — so what moves the figure is whether a can is currently on offer rather than which one you pick.

Question 7

Is there a ZYN Rewards programme in Canada?

Accepted Answer

ZYN Rewards is run by the brand rather than by retailers, so it is not a scheme a shop can credit or redeem against on your behalf. What we run instead is the Pouch Club, which earns on orders placed with us across every brand on the shelf rather than one — the terms are set out on the Pouch Club page.
