About Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) nicotine pouches
Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) is built around ice cold and mint.
The can carries 27 pouches in the slim format, 11.99 grams of product in total. Nicotine is 22.2 mg per pouch, or 50 mg/g, a super strong strength. That is a heavy dose meant for experienced users only.
Like everything we stock it is tobacco free — a white pouch that sits under the lip, contains no tobacco leaf and needs nowhere to spit.
What are Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) nicotine pouches?
Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch from Garant, sold here in the slim format at about 0.44 g a pouch, 27 to a can.
The slim format is long and narrow, so it lies along the gum line rather than bunching up.
Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) flavour profile
Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) tastes of clean, straightforward mint.
We publish taste meters only for cans we have measured ourselves, and this is not yet one of them — the flavour above is what the maker lists, and the meters will appear here once it has been through a tasting.
29 other cans we stock are flavoured ice cold and mint, across 7 brands, so there is somewhere to go if this one is out.
Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) effects and strength
Each Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) pouch holds 22.2 mg of nicotine, or 50 mg per gram — stronger per gram than 87% of what we stock.
Keep one in for 30 to 60 minutes; most of what a pouch has to give comes out early.
How to use Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg)
- 1
Open the can
Twist the lid off and take out a single pouch — there are 27 in a can. Close the lid again straight away; an open can dries out faster than anything else you can do to it.
- 2
Put it under your lip
Tuck the pouch flat between your upper lip and gum, off to one side. It should sit still and out of sight. Do not chew it and do not swallow it — Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) is designed to stay put and release on its own.
- 3
Leave it in
Expect a tingle in the first minute or two; that is normal and it settles. A slim pouch is usually done in 30 to 60 minutes, and you can move it around or take it out whenever you want.
- 4
Bin it when you are done
Take the pouch out and put it in the bin — many cans have a sealed compartment in the lid for exactly this. Never flush one; it does not break down and it will block a drain.

How many pouches are in a can of Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg)?

How long do you keep a Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) pouch in?
30 to 60 minutes is the usual session for a slim pouch. Most of what the pouch has to give comes out in the first 20 to 30 minutes, so leaving it in longer mostly extends the time it is in place rather than adding anything.
Does Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) contain tobacco?
No. Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg) is an all-white pouch: plant fibre, nicotine, flavouring and sweetener, with no tobacco leaf in it. Because there is no leaf, there is nothing to stain your teeth the way a traditional oral tobacco product does, and nowhere to spit.
How should I store Garant Extreme Fresh Mint XL-Pack (22.2 mg)?
Keep the can closed, upright and out of direct sun — a drawer or a cupboard is fine. The fridge keeps pouches moist for longer if you buy in bulk, but it is not required. Keep every can well away from children and pets.
