Where each strength came from. The open-data extract carries only a title and a product string, so most notices name no strength at all. Where a strength is shown, the row says whether it was parsed from the title or transcribed from the notice page. Those are different levels of evidence and the table does not merge them.
A recall is an enforcement action, not a health outcome. Every notice here is about market authorization — a product being sold without a DIN or NPN. None of them reports an injury, and this dataset counts neither injuries nor exposures.

- Update cadence
- The upstream source changes daily. This page is as fresh as its last build, shown above — not as fresh as the source.

Known limitations
- The date is the source's own “last updated” value, which is the date of the most recent revision to the notice rather than the date the action began.
- Brand and strength extraction is ours, read from the notice text. An empty brand list means the notice names no brand, which is true of every category-wide advisory.
- The split between a product recall and a category advisory is our classification, not Health Canada's.
- A recall records an enforcement action, not a measured health outcome. Nothing here counts injuries or exposures.
