About BUFF 1UP Lava nicotine pouches
Reach for BUFF 1UP Lava Light when you want a smooth, easy-going hit of cola without smoke or tobacco. You get 20 white pouches per can, each tucking neatly under the lip for a low-profile fit. Delivering 4 mg of nicotine per pouch, it's a solid pick for newcomers and everyday users alike.
BUFF 1UP Lava Light is built around cola. On the taste scales it sits at 5/10 for fruit, 2/10 for mint and 8/10 for sting — a moderate fruit character, almost no mint, and a sharp sting.
The can carries 20 pouches in the slim format, 10 grams of product in total. Nicotine is 4 mg per pouch, or 8 mg/g, a light strength. That is a low dose by the standards of this shelf.
It is made by Twinroll Service. Like everything we stock it is tobacco free — a white pouch that sits under the lip, contains no tobacco leaf and needs nowhere to spit.
What are BUFF 1UP Lava nicotine pouches?
BUFF 1UP Lava is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch from Buff 1Up, sold here in the slim format at about 0.5 g a pouch, 20 to a can.
The slim format is long and narrow, so it lies along the gum line rather than bunching up.
BUFF 1UP Lava flavour profile
BUFF 1UP Lava tastes of cola syrup.
Against the 1162 cans on our shelf with a measured fact sheet it is cooler than 25% of them and sweeter than 30%. There is more bite here than flavour, which suits anyone who wants to feel the pouch working rather than taste it.
BUFF 1UP Lava effects and strength
Each BUFF 1UP Lava pouch holds 4 mg of nicotine, or 8 mg per gram — stronger per gram than 27% of what we stock.
The tingle under the lip is sharp — sharper than 93% of them. Menthol and flavour make that bite rather than the dose, and it settles in a few minutes.
Keep one in for 30 to 60 minutes; most of what a pouch has to give comes out early.
How to use BUFF 1UP Lava
- 1
Open the can
Twist the lid off and take out a single pouch — there are 20 in a can. Close the lid again straight away; an open can dries out faster than anything else you can do to it.
- 2
Put it under your lip
Tuck the pouch flat between your upper lip and gum, off to one side. It should sit still and out of sight. Do not chew it and do not swallow it — BUFF 1UP Lava is designed to stay put and release on its own.
- 3
Leave it in
Expect a tingle in the first minute or two; that is normal and it settles. A slim pouch is usually done in 30 to 60 minutes, and you can move it around or take it out whenever you want.
- 4
Bin it when you are done
Take the pouch out and put it in the bin — many cans have a sealed compartment in the lid for exactly this. Never flush one; it does not break down and it will block a drain.
BUFF 1UP Lava — frequently asked questions
What is BUFF 1UP Lava?
BUFF 1UP Lava is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch from Buff 1Up, flavoured with cola syrup, at 4 mg of nicotine per pouch and 20 pouches to a can. It sits under your top lip; nothing is burned or inhaled.
How much nicotine is in BUFF 1UP Lava?
Each pouch holds 4 mg of nicotine, or 8 mg per gram, which we label light strength. Pouches on our shelf run 1.5–50 mg.
How many pouches are in a can of BUFF 1UP Lava?
20 pouches per can, 10 g of product in total. Cans on our shelf hold between 15 and 40 pouches, so the count is worth checking when you compare prices.
What does BUFF 1UP Lava taste like?
Cola syrup. There is more bite here than flavour, which suits anyone who wants to feel the pouch working rather than taste it.
How long do you keep a BUFF 1UP Lava pouch in?
30 to 60 minutes is the usual session for a slim pouch. Most of what the pouch has to give comes out in the first 20 to 30 minutes, so leaving it in longer mostly extends the time it is in place rather than adding anything.
Does BUFF 1UP Lava contain tobacco?
No. BUFF 1UP Lava is an all-white pouch: plant fibre, nicotine, flavouring and sweetener, with no tobacco leaf in it. Because there is no leaf, there is nothing to stain your teeth the way a traditional oral tobacco product does, and nowhere to spit.
How should I store BUFF 1UP Lava?
Keep the can closed, upright and out of direct sun — a drawer or a cupboard is fine. The fridge keeps pouches moist for longer if you buy in bulk, but it is not required. Keep every can well away from children and pets.
Where can I buy BUFF 1UP Lava in Canada?
Here — we hold our own stock in 1751 Savage Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 1R1 and ship right across Canada, with free shipping over CA$150. Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship the same business day, tracked.
